Return and Refund Policy

At BEEF CLUB d.o.o., we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.

Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive items are not eligible for return, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@beefclub.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or shipped in error.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
